What you'll do: Provide a level of clean and care that clients notice the moment they step inside Follow our detailed checklists, which we treat as a promise to the client rather than a suggestion Use our proven systems (we'll train you on every one of them) to deliver the same spotless result each time Keep honest communication with your team about what's complete and what still needs attention Represent Clean Floridian with professionalism in every home you walk into Who you are: Honest, even when no one is watching.
