Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Martz Bus is family owned and operated, and has been in the motor coach industry for over a century. The Building Maintenance Custodian will perform all aspects of routine office cleaning to include dusting, vacuuming, trash removal and restroom cleaning. In addition, the Building Maintenance Custodian will also be responsible for grass cutting, minor construction projects and minor electrical, plumbing and lighting repairs. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. If you are a self-started with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment then you should apply for this job.
