Part-time, project-based | Hours vary; no guaranteed weekly hours About the opportunity Clean Choice Solutions is seeking dependable, experienced cleaning professionals to assist with residential, vacation-rental, and post-construction cleaning projects throughout St. Pete and the Tampa area. This opportunity is suited to an established cleaning professional or small cleaning business looking to take on additional projects. Work is offered as projects become available. Some weeks may have multiple assignments, while others may have no available work. We are looking for contractors who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and can complete agreed-upon tasks independently and efficiently. Types of work Residential and vacation-rental cleaning Post-construction rough, final, and touch-up cleaning Interior and exterior windows, frame, sill, and track cleaning Dust and construction-residue removal using appropriate methods Kitchen, bathroom, cabinet, fixture, and floor detailing Qualifications Prior professional cleaning experience required; post-construction cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation to project locations Ability to provide your own basic cleaning tools and supplies, as agreed for each project Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete an agreed scope without constant supervision Dependable communication and a record of honoring accepted assignments Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning work, including extended periods of standing, bending, and working on your feet Willingness to provide business and insurance information, if applicable How projects work Contractors will be contacted when projects are available and may accept or decline individual opportunities. Project location, scope, compensation, expected duration, and equipment responsibilities will be agreed upon before work begins. Some assignments involve working independently; larger construction projects may involve coordinating with other cleaning professionals.
