Chris-Craft is looking for an experience custodian that will be responsible for cleaning of our buildings. You will also do some light maintenance work when needed.

Summary:

The Custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe. The Custodian will also do light maintenance work when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms. Cleans, mops and vacuums floors. Empties trash in required areas. Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris. Cleans fixtures. Removes recycling materials. Cleans windows. Dusts furniture. Light maintenance (changing bulbs, etc.) Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment. Assist in other areas when asked with a positive attitude Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in custodial role preferred. Time management skills. Thoroughness and attention to detail. Have a positive, friendly attitude.
