is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team! We clean residential homes and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that the little details matter. Cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Clean and maintain residential homes to a high standard Dust, vacuum, mop, clean kitchens and bathrooms, and perform detailed cleaning Follow Coastal Cleaning's cleaning checklists and standards Communicate professionally with clients and team members Handle client homes, belongings, and access information with care and respect Work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality Help create the kind of experience that leads to 5-star client reviews What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Professional and respectful in clients' homes Able to follow instructions and accept feedback Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Reliable transportation (must have or won't be considered) Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred, but not required What We Offer Starting pay of $16-20/hour based on experience Paid training Opportunity for increased pay and responsibility as you gain experience Consistent scheduling as our client list grows Supportive, professional work environment Opportunity to grow with a local, growing cleaning company Our Ideal Candidate We're not necessarily looking for someone with the most cleaning experience.
