• Rope Descent / RDS Happy Clean LLC is hiring experienced High-Rise Window Cleaning Technicians for upcoming exterior window-cleaning projects in the Miami area.

We are looking for technicians who have actual experience performing exterior window cleaning from suspended rope systems / rope descent systems on high-rise residential and commercial buildings. This is initially a project-based/temporary position with the opportunity for recurring work, including future quarterly high-rise window-cleaning projects.

Responsibilities include:

Perform exterior high-rise window cleaning using rope descent systems Safely rig and inspect personal rope-access/descent equipment before use Perform controlled descents from building roof areas Clean exterior glass, frames and accessible window surfaces Properly use squeegees, scrubbers, buckets and professional window-cleaning equipment Protect building surfaces and surrounding areas while working Maintain communication with roof and ground personnel Follow site-specific safety procedures and fall-protection requirements Inspect equipment before and after each shift Maintain an organized and safe work area Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or access concerns immediately Required experience: Previous professional high-rise window-cleaning experience Experience with Rope Descent Systems (RDS) and/or professional rope-access systems Comfortable working at significant heights Knowledge of safe rigging, descent and fall-protection practices Ability to demonstrate proper equipment inspection and use Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions Reliable transportation to Miami-area job sites Reliable and punctual Preferred qualifications: SPRAT certification IRATA certification OSHA safety training Previous high-rise residential condominium experience Experience working from roof anchors and approved anchorage systems Experience performing long vertical drops First Aid/CPR certification Certifications are preferred, but documented professional high-rise/RDS experience will also be considered.

Physical requirements:

Candidates must be able to work outdoors, remain suspended in a work seat/harness for extended periods, handle ropes and window-cleaning equipment, climb stairs/ladders where required and safely perform physically demanding work at height. Safety is mandatory. Technicians must follow Happy Clean's safety procedures and all project-specific requirements. Equipment, anchorage conditions and weather conditions will be evaluated before work begins. Work may be postponed when conditions are unsafe.

Employment:

This position is initially for upcoming Miami high-rise projects. Strong performers may be considered for additional and recurring projects.

Pay:

$30.00
