Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces in a condominium amenities. Handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and storage after use. Apply sanitation procedures to prevent infection control issues, especially in high-touch areas like restrooms and kitchens. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly during chemical handling and manual cleaning tasks to ensure safety. Perform heavy lifting when necessary for moving supplies or equipment, following manual handling safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supply inventories, and safety inspections. Qualifications Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or institutional settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, window cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Experience with chemical handling and use of cleaning agents safely according to safety guidelines. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, spot cleaner machines, and others. Strong understanding of infection control practices and sanitation standards. Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary.
