In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pressure washing and commercial cleaning services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various commercial properties through professional pressure cleaning techniques. Responsibilities Perform pressure washing on various surfaces including building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other commercial property areas. Conduct thorough commercial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols. Prepare work sites by setting up equipment and ensuring all necessary tools are available. Work with clients or supervisors to determine specific cleaning requirements and customize services accordingly. Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment used during cleaning operations. Complete jobs in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards. Be available to work during nights or outside regular business hours as needed for specific projects or client requests. Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Valid driver's license is required for operating company vehicles and traveling between job sites. Ability to work nights or flexible hours based on project needs. Prior experience in pressure washing or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Good physical stamina and ability to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
