Vacation rental Handman(Woman) & Cleaner Redmond Tree LLC Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time $15 - $25 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Relocation assistance Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help us manage and maintain our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help manage and maintain a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is a full-time field position for someone who takes pride in making sure a home is 100% ready before a guest walks through the door. What you'll be doing: Pre-check-in and post-clean property inspections Checking behind cleaning crews and correcting missed items Light cleaning/touch-ups when necessary Restocking toiletries, linens, paper products, coffee and guest supplies Identifying damage, leaks, AC issues, plumbing problems, appliance issues, pool concerns, etc. Performing basic handyman repairs and preventative maintenance Changing filters, light bulbs, batteries, tightening fixtures, minor furniture repairs, basic troubleshooting, etc. Taking inspection photos and documenting property conditions Checking TVs, Wi-Fi, locks, thermostats and other guest amenities Making sure pools, patios, grills and outdoor areas are guest-ready Responding to occasional property/guest issues when needed Helping coordinate larger repairs with our maintenance team or outside vendors What we're looking for: ✅ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license ✅ Basic handyman/home maintenance knowledge ✅ Comfortable using smartphone apps, photos and checklists ✅ Dependable and able to work independently ✅ Strong attention to detail — you notice the things other people miss ✅ Comfortable traveling between properties throughout Tampa Bay ✅ Flexible schedule, including some weekends when needed ✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills ✅ Airbnb/STR, maintenance, hotel or property management experience is a
