A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Larson's Commercial Cleaning, Inc is looking for cleaning crew members to join our team in Ocala. Our ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, hard-working, takes pride in their work, and has an open availability. Currently looking for motivated people to clean commercial buildings. A willingness to learn and perform proper cleaning techniques is essential. The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. The work is located at On Top of the World in Ocala. You will be required to drive to these locations so please account for that when deciding whether this position is right for you. A current, valid drivers license and personally usable reliable transportation are a requirement. Flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle. Availability to work nights and weekends essential Schedule posted weekly using a mobile app so you are always informed Part time that can lead to more depending on your availability. $14/hour to start (more pay available to employees as they advance) Advancement Opportunities / Management & Supervisory Positions will be Available Responsibilities and Duties Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Will go over in detail what is required of job Qualifications and Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and Honesty is a must High school diploma or GED Drivers licence is required Reliable transportation Willing to learn and utilize Larson's cleaning techniques.
