This is a 1099 independent contractor position . Pay is experience-based and grows with your performance and tenure. Reliable transportation is required. What You'll Bring (Equipment & Supplies) Mop/vacuum, duster, broom, towels/rags, and cleaning solutions for various surfaces (hardwood, tile, etc.). Key Responsibilities Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum throughout the home Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces Clean glass surfaces — windows and mirrors Empty trash and replace liners Change and launder bed linens Tidy and organize rooms and common areas Follow our cleaning procedures to keep quality consistent on every job What Makes a Great Fit Prior housekeeping or custodial experience (preferred, not required) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage your time well Familiarity with professional cleaning standards (hotel or commercial experience is a plus) Floor and carpet care knowledge is an advantage Comfortable following safety guidelines and cleaning protocols Duties may vary based on business needs.
