Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner/Pressure Washer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sparkling clean windows across a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings. Your expertise in using pressure washers, traditional squeegee methods, and specialized equipment will ensure our clients' properties shine with clarity and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize advanced cleaning techniques, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform storefront window cleaning, interior and exterior window washing, ensuring streak-free results using traditional squeegee techniques and modern cleaning equipment. Operate pressure washers safely and effectively for high-quality window cleaning on various surfaces and heights. Utilize rope access techniques and scissor lifts to reach high or difficult windows on tall buildings while adhering to strict safety protocols. Clean skylights, glass facades, and high-rise windows with precision, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Use ladders safely for residential and commercial window cleaning projects, following all safety guidelines and PPE protocols. Conduct outdoor cleaning tasks in diverse weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and professionalism in outdoor work environments. Maintain all cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, squeegees, brushes, and safety gear, ensuring they are in excellent working condition. Follow established safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during high-altitude or rope access work. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the scope of work and ensuring their satisfaction upon project completion. Skills Proven experience in storefront window cleaning, residential window cleaning, and commercial cleaning environments. Skilled in the use of pressure washers specifically designed for window cleaning applications. Familiarity with rope access window cleaning techniques for high-rise buildings and skylights. Proficient in ladder use for various heights while maintaining strict safety standards. Knowledge of traditional squeegee window cleaning methods for streak-free finishes. Experience operating scissor lifts or other aerial platforms safely at elevated heights. Strong understanding of PPE use and safety protocols during outdoor or high-altitude work. Excellent attention to detail to ensure windows are thoroughly cleaned without streaks or residue. Exceptional customer service skills to address client needs professionally and courteously.
