Responsibilities Safely move and park vehicles on the dealership lot, including standard passenger cars and other vehicles, ensuring they are properly positioned and accessible for customers and staff Assist with outdoor work tasks such as cleaning, light maintenance, and yard organization to maintain a professional appearance of the lot Handle customer interactions courteously by providing friendly guest services, including answering questions about vehicle availability or dealership services Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move vehicles or equipment safely around the lot Support dealership staff by facilitating vehicle transfers between the lot and service areas or test drive routes Maintain clear communication with team members regarding vehicle status, lot conditions, and customer needs to ensure smooth operations Skills Strong guest services and customer service skills with a positive attitude Previous experience in hospitality or dealership environments is preferred but not required Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently with a valid driver's license; experience with manual transmissions is a plus Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management Physical stamina for outdoor work including heavy lifting, standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions Basic understanding of automotive service processes and vehicle handling procedures Familiarity with valet parking operations or outdoor parking management is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting our dealership's success!
