We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Commercial & Residential Cleaner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in professional cleaning, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing exceptional service. We are seeking someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of commercial offices, residential properties, and common areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, reception areas, and shared spaces. Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, countertops, and other surfaces. Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and maintain floors. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Clean interior glass, mirrors, doors, and high-touch surfaces. Perform detailed cleaning for residential properties, move-ins, move-outs, and rental turnovers. Follow established cleaning checklists and company quality standards. Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. Report any maintenance concerns or property damage to management. Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and on schedule. Provide excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team. Follow safety guidelines and ensure quality workmanship on every job site. Qualifications Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred. Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, equipment, and products. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to communicate effectively with clients and management and follow cleaning and safety instructions. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be willing to undergo a background check , conducted in accordance with applicable laws. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and professional. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel between job locations throughout Palm Beach County.
