Must have a car to get to and from different locations. Tuesday 8am-12:30 and 3pm-5:30pm Thursday 8am-12:30pm and 3pm-5:30pm Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces across all designated areas. Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners to maintain floors and carpets in excellent condition. Conduct heavy lifting tasks using proper safe lifting practices to move furniture, supplies, or equipment as needed. Maintain sanitation standards by ensuring restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are hygienic and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Follow safety protocols during all custodial activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks including light repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning techniques. Familiarity with custodial equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and cleaning tools. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to chemical handling safety procedures. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and facility maintenance best practices. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 15.0 per week
