Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, along with a strong commitment to quality service. Must have consistent availability for Friday and Saturday. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as buffing and waxing. Conduct janitorial duties in both inside and on the golf courses and remote buildings. Respond to requests for custodial services in a timely manner. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care methods. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation. Experience in residential painting or porter duties is a plus. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to achieving high-quality results. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or standing for extended periods.
