  • Independent Cleaning Specialist Opportunity
  • We're seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our team as independent contractors. As a 1099 contract worker, you'll have the opportunity to run your own business while providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide your own equipment and cleaning products (we'll educate you on the necessary products and equipment)
  • Use only natural cleaning products and purchase Go Green cleaning kit which the (floor cleaner, al purpose and air mist) to be able to clean as requested by clients
  • Participate in a side-by-side cleaning to see each other methods and expectations
  • Manage your own transportation, gas , and viewing your schedule on time
  • Track your expenses and handle tax responsibilities as an independent contractor
  • Compensation:
  • Starting pay: $15/hour (side by period, approximately 2 weeks, depending on performance )
  • Once fully equipped and have Go Green methods down packed: $20
  • 25/hour (depending on performance)
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own business
  • Reliable transportation we service within a 20 mile radius from Winter Park (we also have some clients in Deland, Windermere, Sanford , Lake Mary, Lake Nona, Geneva , Mims that way may need help with time to time )
