Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, floor care, and surface sanitation across residential spaces. Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use. Maintain a high level of organization by managing time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated timeframes. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles with a focus on detailed cleaning procedures. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning, and floor care equipment operation. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and sanitation products, Ability to perform light lifting safely and execute manual handling tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client homes. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
