In this vital role, you'll be the first line of defense in maintaining a clean, organized environment that promotes safety, professionalism, and comfort for everyone who enters. Your proactive approach and dedication will ensure our facilities operate smoothly and look their best every day. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.window washing,vacuum. Handle chemical agents safely for cleaning and sanitation tasks, adhering strictly to safety protocols and handling procedures. Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly. Support facilities maintenance by performing heavy lifting tasks using proper safe lifting practices while managing supplies or equipment. Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors courteously, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring a positive environment. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment. Familiarity with chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices. Experience operating floor buffers, carpet cleaners, or other specialized cleaning equipment is preferred. Strong attention to safety protocol adherence and the ability to identify potential hazards quickly. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with staff or visitors. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
