OVERVIEW

Royal Gleam Cleaning LLC is seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Independent Contractor to service established recurring clients throughout Atlanta, Marietta, Brookhaven, Kennesaw, and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced cleaner who values consistent quality, professional communication, and a long-term relationship with a growing cleaning company.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

The initial route includes three established recurring residential clients: One weekly cleaning assignment Two biweekly cleaning assignments

Week B:

one cleaning assignment Opportunity to receive additional recurring clients after demonstrating consistent quality and reliability The initial schedule is based on established recurring client appointments. Assignment availability may occasionally change because of client cancellations, rescheduling, or changes in service needs. Contractors may accept or decline offered assignments. Once a recurring assignment is accepted, dependable attendance and communication are required.

COMPENSATION

$120-$133 per completed solo cleaning assignment Most initial assignments should be planned for approximately 4.5 hours Displayed hourly estimate: approximately $26.67-$29.56 based on a 4.5-hour assignment Payment is issued on the first business day of the following week The displayed hourly range is an estimate only. Contractors are paid per completed solo cleaning assignment, not by the hour. Quality and completion of the agreed scope are more important than speed.

PAID PRACTICAL EVALUATION AND ORIENTATION

Before receiving solo assignments, the selected candidate will complete a paid practical evaluation and client-specific orientation while working as a helper alongside an experienced cleaner.

During this stage:

The candidate will be paid at a separate, pre-agreed helper rate The candidate will not yet be independently responsible for the complete assignment The property's scope, organization, approved products, surface-care requirements, client preferences, and access procedures will be introduced Quality, attention to detail, reliability, communication, organization, and professional judgment will be evaluated The full payment of $120-$133 begins only after the candidate completes the evaluation process and is approved for solo assignments

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete recurring residential cleaning according to the agreed scope Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Dust furniture, décor, ledges, and accessible surfaces Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs, and assigned upholstered areas Mop hard-surface floors using the appropriate approved products Clean bedrooms, living areas, offices, dining rooms, and other assigned rooms Change bed linens when included in the client's service Follow each residence's access instructions, organization, and special requests Use the correct approved product for each surface and follow product instructions Complete the full checklist and conduct a final inspection before leaving Ask questions whenever uncertain about a product, surface, instruction, item, or cleaning decision Immediately report any damage, accident, safety concern, access problem, supply issue, client request, or unexpected condition to Royal Gleam Cleaning LLC Protect client privacy, keys, access codes, and personal information Maintain dependable and professional communication Direct all scheduling, pricing, additional-service requests, and client referrals to Royal Gleam Cleaning

LLC. QUALIFICATIONS

At least two years of professional residential cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality Able to work independently without rushing Able to remain at the property until the agreed scope and final inspection are complete Dependable, punctual, organized, and respectful of clients' homes Comfortable working around pets, stairs, and multi-level homes Able to safely use a ladder of up to two steps Able to perform physical cleaning duties and lift up to 20 pounds Available for recurring daytime residential assignments Comfortable asking questions instead of making an uncertain decision that could affect a client's property Professional communication skills English fluency is not required. Spanish and Portuguese speakers are welcome. Candidates must be able to communicate reliably with Royal Gleam and understand safety, scheduling, product-use, and client-specific instructions. Translation tools may be used when necessary.

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

Reliable personal transportation Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Smartphone with reliable communication access Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number and completed Form W-9 Ability to provide proof of General Liability Insurance before receiving solo client assignments Professional references Willingness to authorize a background check Responsibility for personal taxes and other obligations associated with independent contractor status
