Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety during all cleaning activities. Perform manual handling of cleaning supplies, equipment, and debris, including heavy lifting when necessary. Conduct duct cleaning and floor buffing as part of comprehensive exterior maintenance services. Apply industrial cleaning techniques for stubborn stains or buildup on various surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and tools. Follow strict safety protocols, including the use of fire extinguishers and adherence to OSHA standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and addressing any concerns professionally. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment properly, ensuring all tools are in good working condition for optimal performance. Execute outdoor work tasks such as pressure washing building facades, parking lots, sidewalks, and other surfaces to restore their appearance. Assist with safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety procedures during each job site visit. Experience Prior experience in industrial or commercial exterior cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with ladder use, pressure washing techniques, and the safe handling of hand tools is highly desirable. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions demonstrates resilience and adaptability. Knowledge of safety protocols related to manual handling, PPE usage, fire extinguisher operation, and heavy lifting enhances job performance.
