A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

$800 RATEFOR FIRST MONTH
$900 AFTERFIRST MONTH TWO PEOPLE NEEDED NO BUS SERVICE
Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, trash collection, vacuum, mop, stock paper products, and restroom products Dusting and Vacuuming of all areas General Cleaning of all areas; school rooms, auditorium, offices Clean and sanitize lunch room, break room, collect trash, stock paper products, vacuum, mop Notify of paper supply usage Notify of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Maintain janitorial closets in an orderly manner Excellent communication skills with supervisor and staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Must pass extensive background check, have a valid driver's license and cellphone Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independentlyTHE JOB IS IN CUMMING. THERE IS NO BUS SERVICE.
