1st Shift Job Summary RefrigiWear is looking for a dependable and hardworking Facility Cleaner / Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Clean and maintain facility areas, including floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Empty trash and dispose of waste properly Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow all cleaning procedures and company safety guidelines Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and properly Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to management Assist with other general cleaning and facility duties as needed Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift as needed Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM $17.00/hour
