ESCFederal is seeking dependable, motivated, ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing TEAM in Dawsonville, GA! Grounds Cleaner workers are responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces to ensure they are attractive, safe, and functional, performing tasks such as landscaping, lawn care, pruning, and debris removal.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick up trash and debris around grounds; keep walkways clear by sweeping or blowing debris. Walk grounds regularly to inspect conditions and report issues or damage to the supervisor. Mow, trim, and edge lawns; weed sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping areas. Perform general custodial duties indoors (sweeping, mopping, trash removal). Required Skills & Abilities Ability to lift up to 70 lbs; sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Tolerance for temperature extremes and exposure to noise, airborne particles, odors, pesticides, paints, and solvents. Self-motivated, takes ownership, and works well with others. Physical Requirements Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and kneeling. Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind). Must be physically able to operate power equipment and handle heavy loads.
