Job Description

Job Summary CNR Restorations Group is seeking a reliable Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment in Ellabell. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in consistent work, follows detailed cleaning schedules, and notices what others may overlook. Primary Responsibilities Clean assigned classrooms, laboratories, offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, break areas, stairwells, and common spaces. Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, and move collected waste to designated disposal areas. Vacuum carpet; dust mop, spot mop, and damp mop hard floors; clean entrance mats and assigned glass. Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, mirrors, partitions, sinks, dispensers, and floors; restock facility-provided restroom supplies. Dust furniture, ledges, vents, baseboards, doors, frames, switches, and other assigned surfaces. Use wet-floor signs and follow chemical, equipment, and workplace-safety procedures. Complete assigned checklists and report spills, damage, low supplies, or equipment problems promptly. Support approved special-event and emergency cleaning when available. Preferred Qualifications Commercial cleaning experience preferred, but dependable candidates with transferable experience may be considered. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently after training. Strong attendance, attention to detail, and respectful workplace conduct. Ability to safely perform standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Reliable transportation to the Ellabell work location. Floor-care experience is a plus and may support future advancement. Anticipated Start and Application Anticipated start: October 1, 2026.
