CNR Restorations Group is hiring an experienced Lead Custodian / Floor Care Associate for a professional training facility in Ellabell. The right candidate will combine dependable daily cleaning with hands-on floor-care skill and the ability to guide another cleaning associate when the supervisor is not immediately present. Primary Responsibilities Complete and help coordinate daily cleaning of classrooms, laboratories, offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, break areas, stairwells, and other assigned spaces. Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning, trash removal, glass cleaning, and restroom sanitation. Operate floor-care equipment for spray buffing and machine scrubbing; assist with carpet spotting and scheduled carpet care. Complete cleaning checklists and report supply, equipment, safety, or facility concerns promptly. Help maintain quality standards, safe work practices, and an orderly janitorial storage area. Provide task direction and practical support to cleaning associates as assigned. Support approved special-event and emergency cleaning when available.

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
