Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy weekends Assist with food delivery to tables when needed, supporting servers with bussing and serving tasks Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and cleaning supplies following safe lifting practices Support sanitation efforts by properly disposing of trash and ensuring restrooms and common areas are tidy Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and service needs Follow food safety and hygiene standards to uphold the restaurant's sanitation protocols Skills Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of sanitation procedures in food service environments Experience in bussing or supporting restaurant operations preferred but not required Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or supplies Excellent internal communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and servers Customer service mindset with a friendly attitude toward guests and staff alike Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and catering or kitchen experience enhances your effectiveness in this role Effective communication skills to ensure smooth teamwork during busy weekends This position offers an energetic work environment where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction.
