Clean out vacated units after move-outs by removing debris, sweeping, and getting each unit ready for the next renter Clear out units following lien auctions, including hauling and disposing of leftover contents Sweep and tidy hallways, drive aisles, loading areas, and other common spaces Empty trash, keep dumpster areas clean, and pick up litter around the property Clean the office, lobby, and restroom areas as needed Report maintenance or safety issues you notice, such as damaged doors, burned-out lights, leaks, pests, or gate and security problems Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and let the manager know when supplies run low Be courteous and professional with customers you encounter on-site What We're Looking For 18 years or older Reliable transportation to get to each of our three locations Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable with physical work including walking, bending, and standing for long periods Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Must pass a background check Cleaning, janitorial, or facility experience is a plus but not required Why Work With Us Consistent part-time schedule of 24 hours per week Rotating between three locations keeps the work varied Independent work without someone looking over your shoulder
