In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment while supporting daily production operations. IN A UTILITY CLEANER JOB, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility, including production areas, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas
- Removing trash and disposing of waste according to company safety procedures
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas as needed
- Assisting with general facility upkeep and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
- Following all company safety policies and cleaning procedures
- Using cleaning supplies and equipment safely and properly
- Supporting the manufacturing team with additional cleaning and utility duties as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull as required for the position
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines and procedures
