Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by applying proper cleaning techniques and products Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care procedures to ensure a pristine appearance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols and use janitorial equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out services as needed Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or commercial settings Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry roles is advantageous Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Familiarity with sanitation standards and cleaning products used in various environments Background in laundry services or housekeeper roles is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Pay $13/hour during training (15-day training period) $15/hour after training completion Why Join A&B Cleaning?
