Starting at $15/hour + performance-based raises About the Position We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Multi-Service Cleaning Technician. Our company provides professional commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, and trash can cleaning services throughout the Middle Georgia area. This is a hands-on position where every day can look a little different. You'll work as part of a team at restaurants, businesses, and residential properties while learning multiple services and gaining valuable hands-on experience. No previous experience is required — we provide training! Responsibilities Depending on the day, your responsibilities may include: Cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems, hoods, fans, and ductwork Cleaning and sanitizing trash cans Setting up, operating, and properly storing pressure-washing equipment Safely handling cleaning products and equipment Loading and unloading equipment and supplies Keeping vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Taking before-and-after photos of completed work Following company cleaning and safety procedures Providing professional and friendly customer service Traveling to different job sites throughout the Middle Georgia area Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Requirements We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Hardworking and willing to learn Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions Able to work around water, cleaning chemicals, dirt, grease, and trash Comfortable working on their feet for extended periods Able to work well independently and with a team Professional and respectful with customers and coworkers Has reliable transportation Willing to work evenings, early mornings, or weekends when needed What We Offer Paid training — no experience necessary Performance-based raises Opportunities for advancement Flexible scheduling Hands-on training in multiple services Opportunity to learn valuable skills A team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a growing local company Performance-Based Raises We don't believe raises should simply be based on how long someone has been with the company.
