Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

The technician will work at restaurants and commercial food-service locations to ensure exhaust systems are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and degrease commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems. Clean hood canopies, filters, exhaust fans, ductwork, and surrounding areas. Remove grease, carbon buildup, and other accumulated debris. Use pressure washers, degreasers, scrapers, and other cleaning equipment safely and properly. Protect kitchen equipment and surrounding areas during the cleaning process. Inspect exhaust systems and report any visible damage or maintenance concerns. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines on every job. Maintain a clean and professional work environment at customer locations. Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Work as part of a team and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Perform additional maintenance and cleaning duties as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies. Ability to work on ladders and access elevated areas. Ability to work in hot, greasy, wet, and physically demanding environments. Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and/or early mornings when required.
Experience:
Previous kitchen exhaust or hood-cleaning experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
