Independent Contractor (1099) Bank Evening Cleaner - Mon, Wed, Fri. (This job takes approximately an hour to complete) Please don't apply if you do not live near Newnan, GA area! Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and professional appearance of a bank or financial institution during evening hours after regular business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize offices, teller areas, lobbies, conference rooms, and customer service areas. (As needed) Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the facility once a week. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops. Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners. Dust desks, furniture, windowsills, and other accessible surfaces. Clean glass doors and entryways. Refill restroom supplies and maintain cleaning inventory. Follow security procedures when entering and exiting the bank. Properly secure doors and restricted areas as instructed. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of employees, customers, and financial information. Complete assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled evening shift.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Ability to follow security policies and cleaning procedures. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine physical cleaning duties. Previous commercial cleaning experience required.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Evening shift, typically after the bank closes to the public.

Pay:

$500.00 per month
