Part Time Position to start with option for Full Time.

Hours:

Variable hours 4am-2pm, typically Friday-Tuesday This position entails building customer relationships, an eye for detail and the ability to work with specialized equipment. The individual needs to be organized, punctual and able to manage one's time efficiently. This position provides all company services as required to multiple industries such as restaurants, schools, gyms, healthcare, manufacturing, and childcare facilities. Duties and responsibilities Perform unique restroom sanitizing and disinfecting services. Perform unique kitchen and restaurant floor scrub services Building great relationships with customers by connecting with them and providing great service. Installing new customer accounts as per agreement. Repairing soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers on various substrates. Delivering hand towel, toilet tissue, and other restroom and kitchen supplies. Scrubbing and pressure washing restrooms, other areas as well as running equipment. Detailed floor and facilities cleaning and mopping services Perform the Restore, Protect, Maintain window and Foaming Drain service. Power Washing Commercial buildings, structures, stairwells, walkways, parking lots etc You can also make additional money providing product solutions to our customers. Qualifications The ability to speak English (bilingual is a plus!). Ability to work independently after training. A clean driving record. A smartphone that is in good working order with a data plan that works. The ability to lift 45+ pounds. A desire to work hard and make good money keeping things sanitized and tidy! Criminal backgrounds accepted Previous experience with floor scrubbing machines, Orbiters, Kaivacs, etc preferred Previous power washing experience preferred Construction background is a plus Good knowledge of hand tools, drills and basic machinery needed. Previous knowledge of OSHA and workplace /industrial safety procedures a plus Working conditions Job duties include hands on cleaning of restrooms, scrubbing and pressure washing the walls and floors as well as running tile cleaning equipment, window service, fix, install, repair dispensers at customer locations. Working hours are variable, but typically Friday-Tuesday 4am-2pm with some variation or ability, at times, to work some evening, overnight jobs, or alternate days Physical requirements The job requires physical lifting, bending, standing, and moving equipment on a regular basis. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly. Must be able to work quickly, under pressure, in a highly physical capacity.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 45.0 per week
