Assign tasks related to industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping management to team members. Monitor adherence to safety regulations and sanitation protocols, promptly addressing any compliance issues. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance. Provide managerial communication by offering guidance, feedback, and support to team members for continuous improvement. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and timely replenishment. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, motivation, and conflict resolution. Skills Proven experience in custodial work with a strong understanding of cleaning & sanitation management. Demonstrated supervisory experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning environments. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and facility maintenance. Exceptional communication skills for effective management and customer service interactions.
