Skills Proven experience in custodial work with a strong understanding of cleaning & sanitation management. Demonstrated supervisory experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning environments. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and facility maintenance. Exceptional communication skills for effective management and customer service interactions.
