We are looking for a team member with a passion for creating and maintaining a clean and safe environment of care for our patients, staff and guests.

Shift:

5:30p - 8:30p

Key Duties:

Perform routine cleaning throughout offices and common areas, including interior and exterior trash collection, restroom and break room cleaning, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, high and low dusting, cleaning windows and surfaces, and other general cleaning duties. Restock restroom, break room and other facility supplies, including paper products, soap, cleaning chemicals and related supplies. Perform terminal cleaning and other specialized cleaning procedures within imaging, ASC and clinical areas in accordance with established protocols. Clean and sanitize clinical and non-clinical areas to maintain a safe, clean and professional environment for patients, visitors and staff. Follow established cleaning, disinfection and infection-prevention procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collect and properly dispose of general waste, regulated waste and other materials in accordance with established procedures. Maintain cleaning equipment and monitor inventory of cleaning products and supplies, reporting or replenishing items as needed. Follow applicable environmental services, safety and OSHA standards and guidelines. Support campus safety by identifying and reporting maintenance, safety or environmental concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Provide support for special events as needed, including setup, breakdown and post-event cleaning. Assist the Facilities Coordinator or supervisor with maintaining and updating OSHA and emergency preparedness resources as directed.

Required Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience in a commercial office, hospital, or other healthcare environment. Must be available to work a shift from 5:30p - 8:30p. Preferred Qualifications Experience in terminal cleaning, terminal disinfection, or discharge cleaning, in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Key Skills:

Experience leading teams and acting as the primary liaison in professional cleaning settings, preferred. Comfortable interfacing with patients and guests. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures. Familiarity with environmental services regulations and OSHA standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects, if required. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
