Handle various cleaning tasks such as dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting with efficiency and precision. Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor buffers, and chemical sprayers safely and effectively. Use proper chemical agent handling procedures in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) to ensure safe use of cleaning agents. Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy cleaning supplies or equipment safely while following safety protocols for heavy lifting. Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with Mirtyl cleaning services procedure Follow Mirtyl cleaning services procedures when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are upheld during all cleaning activities. Qualifications Proven custodial or janitorial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment. Knowledge of floor cleaning methods and floor care products to achieve optimal results. Ability to handle chemical agents responsibly, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines. Experience with Commercial Cleaning Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed.
