In this vital role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vacant apartments to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation before new residents move in. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of vacant apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment for new residents Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures adhering to safety standards and company policies Clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing when necessary Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness while ensuring safety during manual handling and heavy lifting Communicate professionally with property managers or clients regarding cleaning status or special requests Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred Hands-on experience with residential housekeeping, including detailed surface cleaning and floor care techniques Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures is essential Strong time management skills to complete turnover tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients or property managers Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts Join us in creating clean, welcoming homes!
