Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an ability to work independently or as part of a team. Execute various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Maintain floor care by ensuring surfaces are clean and free from debris. Follow established procedures for handling cleaning supplies and equipment safely. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning methods. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
