Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must pass the HBM prescreen check. Basic maintenance skills preferred (cleaning, painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing) or related experience Valid Hawaii driver's license and a reliable vehicle are necessary. Supervisory experience is preferred. Basic phone and computer skills are essential for managing scheduling, tracking performance metrics, and utilizing various software tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English is required. Strong public relations and communication skills, along with the physical capability to perform manual labor to handle tasks requiring strength, such as lifting, carrying heavy objects, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently, carrying at least 25 lbs., reaching overhead, grasping objects, pressing, bending, kneeling, walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking up and down stairs, and using a ladder.
