What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join their facility as an Environmental Services Worker. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our staff and visitors. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a facility in top shape.
Two available shifts:
Monday- Friday 6:00AM
- 2:45PM Saturday
- Wednesday 6:00AM

$22 an hourResponsibilities General Cleaning:
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors. Clean restrooms, sinks, drinking fountains, and showers daily.Maintenance & Care:
Buff, wax, and polish floors using heavy-duty equipment.Sanitation:
Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, blinds, and high-up areas (walls/ceilings) using a ladder when needed.Waste Management:
Collect and remove trash, clean/disinfect waste containers, and transport refuse to designated areas.Restocking:
Keep restrooms and common areas fully stocked with soap, towels, and other supplies.Groundskeeping:
Maintain the exterior of the facility by mowing lawns, raking leaves, weeding, watering plants, and removing debris.General Help:
Rearrange furniture, help move items, assist with minor repairs, and unlock/open offices as required.Qualifications Experience:
Some experience in janitorial or building cleaning work is preferred.Reliability:
Ability to follow both oral and written instructions clearly.Skills:
Knowledge of standard cleaning practices, safety procedures, and ability to perform minor maintenance/repairs.Physical Ability:
Must be physically capable of performing manual labor (lifting, bending, using ladders, etc.) and be able to work safely in a facility environment.Communication:
Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors.
