Part-Time Maintenance Team Staff - $26 per hour; 20 hours per week

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking to add a part-time Maintenance operations staff member to our Kahului Ikena Ohana. Someone who likes working outdoors and independently, open to taking direction and learning, works well with people, proactive, dependable and detail oriented.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Under the direction of the Site Manager, ensure maintenance and cleaning tasks are completed properly; note and report anything needing attention, particularly regarding any safety issues to the Site Manager. Training and guidance will be provided. Flexible work schedule 20 hours per week. Sweeping and general cleaning of walkways, trash enclosures, front door landings and parking lot; in addition, painting and pressure washing. Water shutdowns as directed by Site Manager when necessary. Additional tasks as needed and assigned. Interacting with residents (tenant and owners), Associa Hawaii employees and Board members.

LOCATION

Kahului Ikena Condominium Complex is comprised of five buildings, each with three stories with a park area, centrally located in the heart of Kahului along Koiula and Kunihi Lanes, Kahului Maui Hawaii 96732. Kahului Ikena is a well-maintained condominium complex also offering Long Term rental units.
