Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our property management team, specializing in short-term rental properties in West Maui. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each rental unit is spotless, sanitized, and welcoming for guests. Your efforts will directly contribute to providing an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. This position offers an energetic work environment where your attention to detail and dedication will shine, helping us uphold our reputation for top-quality short-term accommodations. •Minimum 3 year experience personally cleaning short term rentals required.•Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of rental units between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Handle some laundry duties for blankets with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas by following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure units are fully prepared for new guests Assist with janitorial tasks including trash removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to uphold cleanliness standards Communicate effectively with property management staff regarding maintenance needs or issues requiring attention Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a focus on hospitality or property management Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and custodial practices Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and housekeeper management practices is a plus You need to be proficient with smart phone apps and functions like taking and sharing pics and videos.
