Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures to ensure a secure environment. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting areas and ensuring proper waste disposal. Operate cleaning machinery including vacuums, floor buffers, and other cleaning equipment to ensure optimal cleanliness. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to cleaning requests and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and custodial best practices. Ability to handle chemical agents safely and follow chemical handling safety procedures. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Physical ability to perform prolonged standing or walking. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
