Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Part-Time Cleaners Midwest Janitorial Service is seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a second shift cleaners. The position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of multiple breakrooms and office trailers on an active construction site. Walking outdoors in between buildings in all types of weather will be required.

Position Requirements:

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, arrives on time, and stays focused throughout the entire shift. Attention to safety and excellent customer service is essential, as duties are performed around clients during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning and disinfecting Sweeping Trash removal Maintaining safety and cleanliness

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, twist, squat, and stand for the full shift Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs Reliable transportation to and from the job site Must pass a background check Must pass a safety training class Follow all company and client safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Strong attention to detail High level of professionalism Dependable and self-motivated Ability to work independently and stay on task

Compensation:

Wages vary by facility. This location offers a $2.00/hr. Performance/Attendance Bonus —ideal for individuals who consistently deliver top-quality service. Are you able to work weekends? Weekend shifts are available and pay more per hour. These positions require background screening, pre-employment drug testing & safety training. We are looking to hire for second-shift evening cleaning (after 5:00 pm). The position can lead to full-time hours. Are you willing to work part-time?
