Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing to ensure floors are durable and visually appealing Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness Support custodial tasks like window cleaning and restroom sanitation to promote a healthy environment Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial setting is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing is required Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or troubleshooting is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety Previous porter experience or background in industrial cleaning enhances suitability for this role Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and well-being!
