We're hiring an experienced General Cleaner to help keep a professional workplace clean, organized, fresh, and looking its best every day. What You'll Be Doing Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Cleaning and sanitizing offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning high-touch areas and keeping surfaces looking their best Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies Using cleaning products and equipment safely Noticing the little things and taking care of them before someone has to ask Following your cleaning schedule and completing your assigned work Letting your supervisor know if you spot a maintenance, safety, or supply issue We're looking for someone who: Has previous professional cleaning or janitorial experience Shows up when they're supposed to Takes their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously Can work independently and stay on task Pays attention to detail Follows directions and established cleaning procedures Takes ownership of their work Treats the workplace and the people around them with respect Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done Qualifications Candidates with previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is the most ideal, but we are open to training candidates with a can-do attitude! We'll make sure you understand our specific expectations and procedures, but we're looking for someone who already knows the fundamentals of professional cleaning. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your assigned areas, using standard cleaning products and equipment, and maintaining consistent quality throughout your shift. Requirements (Non-Negotiables) Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to clear extensive criminal background check Must be able to lift up to 30lbs regularly A Few Things to Know This is an active job, so you'll be on your feet, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout your shift. You'll also need to be comfortable handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Most importantly, we're looking for someone we can count on.
