Maintain high standards of cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Conduct routine custodial tasks such as surface sanitizing, and restroom restocking to ensure hygiene standards are met. Operate floor care machinery including buffers and polishers to maintain shiny, well-kept surfaces. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with commercial cleaning supplies and equipment including vacuums, mops, buffers, and pressure washers. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently in large or complex environments. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
