Job Summary:
As our Cleaning person, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facilities in a manner that maintains the health and safety of our employees and residents. Apply today!Reports To:
This role reports to the Property Manager.Supervision :
This role has no supervisory duties.Functions/Responsibilities:
- Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and walls
- Clean and disinfect various items including but not limited to sinks, counter tops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, and refrigerators within break rooms and common areas
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, breakrooms and kitchens
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas; pick up trash from residents
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting
- Assist with unit turns including painting, moving appliances and furniture
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies:
- Proven cleaning experience
